Hello @PeppiPatty, over here my special friend xx

Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

We got to meet our friendly coast guard volunteers this morning. Stopped the boat for a spot of fishing. Went to start it again and nothing.
Darling remained carm during the 1/2 gour wait and the slow tow home which I was most thankfull for.

Not so much last night @Former-Member .... woke in the early hours with cc homework on my mind .... but wrote down what my thoughts were producing, and then dozed off again for another couple of hours, which was good.

Hi @Shaz51, thanks for tag, hope you can find a way to sleep better. CKD must be physically exhausting in other ways too.

Hi to everyone here, feel for you. As hard as it is, i sometimes wish i had someone to care for, someone outside myself. Life is complex (shaking head), best not over think it lol

Have a relaxing Sunday 😉

Sleep = another self care thing
I know when I have something on my mind it is difficult.
