Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

Hello @Former-Member

I had always thought of mr darcy as being a gentle soul with a heart of gold...

he feels....

The relationship between him and your mum sounds wonderful..two interesting characters..

so pleased to hear that each day there is further improvement...a very good sign..

depression doesn't usually take hold when improvement is happening especially daily...mr Shaz would feel this himself and of course be involved in the discussions..

You have both had a long journey to get to where you are...so of course there will be some hesitation..

time to breathe more lightly as you pass through this recovery together

a new chapter in your lives awaits you both....

oh it is laugh @Determined

I purchased my dream...sadly can't find pleasure in stating name because will identify so easily

have wanted one since being a teenager....then wasn't bothered about cars in the least...

when I purchased my roaring little baby built 2007...there was a black mustang sally inside the car room...

for me I have treated myself....part of my self-care plan...I have played most things very safely, being brought up in a over protective family situation....leaving me very naive...

so now I am living in the now...yes back there again...

the rush of pleasure that I get everytime I get in there is incredible....it is awakening a part of me that I do not think has ever been allowed to awaken before...

very deep now....

warmest wishes to you all

lol @Former-Member

Sadly I will be limited to `family friendlly' for foreseeable future. (Not that that is a problem really).

I think it was more the color of the above mentioned car that attracted me initially more than any affinity to the make. It did however awaken something that thought wow, wouldn't that be nice. I was also raised in an over protective environment where self indulgence was (and still is) frowned upon.
