Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Hello @PeppiPatty, over here my special friend xx

Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

Ortho next week @Determined can't come quick enough.

Have felt a tad housebound @Shaz51 and we are going to go out tomorrow. Thinking of heading to a tourist spot and going on a boat trip - no walking around needed so Mr Darcy should cope.

Thought that you may have been pre occupied @Determined. Good to see you battling away. Hope your weekend is a good one. Thanks for your well wishes. I had lunch with my best friend today by the river so that was nice. Just a quiet weekend ahead for me.

@Shaz51 - really hope you get your medical problems managed as best they can be. With the water, fill up a big jug and try to drink all of that each day. Do you like herbal tea? I make a one litre pot each night and put that in the fridge. Also drink at least two or three hot herbal teas as well.

Heading crack east at the end of the month for a longer stay @soul ..... not sure how long yet but guessing 2 - 3 weeks.

Things have been fairly settled since we have come back, but S2, D3 and I have been really lethargic ..... WH too, but it's hard to tell with him cod he's knocking himself out so much with exercise. We might have a virus .... or it might just be emotional fatigue .... not sure.

WH didn't go for a morning jog today. D3 touched his feet last night while we were watching Tv and he winced. She asked if his feet were really sore, and he said yes.

He is still going to bed a couple of times during the day to rest, with hotties and heat packs ......
