Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Ups and Downs of Husband`s Mental Illness

Hello @PeppiPatty, over here my special friend xx

Hello Everyone

Love to hear from others on the forum if you experience this

My hubby has been diagnosed with lots of things and has had MI all his life

do you find things goes ok and i start to feel confident and wanting to go forward and then everytime something always happens to upset it -- sometimes I think is it a controlling thing ?? that he wants to be in control ??

Don`t know if I am making this up , but i have that feeling ,

hear an interesting subject on Depression and the different seasons , talking about people getting depression at different times of the year @Rockpool, @Lunar, @CherryBomb, @NikNik,

well Mr Shaz gets depressed when it is raining , he can not stand it when it rains and rains

Rain doesn't bother me too much @Shaz51, wind however affects my mood a lot.
My darling mostly seems unaffected by the weather.

Nice day here @Shaz51

Started out fresh at 4 deg but nice at the moment.
I don't do well with the cold, too many years working in air conditioning has messed with my temperate regulation. I wear long pants and long sleeved shirts all year round otherwise I feel cold. It drives people crazy in summer lol,

Hey @Shaz51

Nice you had lunch out - is that a self care tick?

Have telecommunications with mum been restored?

We had impromptu lunch out too, went to town too and bumped into a friend so enjoyed lunch together.

Quiet night in for us, have the footy on.

Good morning fellow up and downers (aka salubrious saintly spouses, particularly patient partners or champion charming caregivers).

Heading out shortly ... hope today goes OK for you all.
