No I'm not okay @tyme I am a big mess today I didn't want to wake up to face today all I have done is cry and cry I am going into a full on meltdown
I have nobody to talk to I don't want to annoy people on here
I feel like I have hit rock bottom right now so many things in my head I am too scared to say I feel like I am falling apart I can't even do anything today I went to the car to see my dad but I couldn't face the world and I wouldn't go to see him now I am having a meltdown I can't find my stress toy
