@Sunnyside226 i really do understand, it's like one thing after another and you don't even get a chance to catch your breath in between. I'm not sure it's ever possible to get over things like losing your parents, yes it can become easier over time but it's still going to hurt at times.
I get that, I know it's hard making connections in an anonymous forum aswell. But look at how we connected, we just started chatting and we built a friendship even though we don't know each other personally. The peer support workers are always around to offer support where it's needed but it really comes down to being peer-to-peer support here, so the community being there for each other. I've developed a few really close connections here, people i talk to almost every day when I come here. There's some that I've made a connection with and for whatever reason they have left or we just sort of became distant, but it happens. Theres a saying that was shared with me a little while ago, I'll share it here with you.

I've always loved our chats, and it's meant alot to me when you've chatted to me at ridiculous hours of the night to offer support. We are always great at making each other laugh and it's over many different things. That's what's great about this space, we can sit in the pain, we can laugh together, we can talk at all hours of the day or night. Haha Casper is a good boy and I'm so thankful to have him, I'm glad I can share pictures of him here with you and the community.
You're so welcome and thankyou for being mine ☺️.
That's ok that you didn't say much, your sis knows without you even having to speak cos you have a connection with each other. I'm glad you have her with you and that you have your partner aswell, they love you and care for you just as you do them.
Haha I've dealt with 3 spiders today inside my house, although 2 were only money spiders 😂. Nothing like a 5am spider scare 😂
