It's easy to turn inward and look for clues that things out of our control may be about us, but I wonder if we can redirect some of that attention towards being compassionate towards yourself too? Hello @Sunnyside226, hope your day has been ok, I've been thinking of you. Apologies for not replying, I've been in a pretty crappy headspace so I've been a bit quiet on the forums.

I really do understand that all too well. The only time I'll laugh is if you split your pants doing a crazy tiktok dance or stack it on a skateboard, but then I'll be laughing with you and of course I'll make sure you're ok first 😂.
