Haha yeah I work at sane, all of us who have 'Moderator' or 'Peer Support Worker' under our name do. That's why I'm around at the same time each week, it's my rostered shifts!
Haha sometimes watching people sing badly can be very entertaining indeed!
Oh no, I'm sorry to hear that hun. Do you think you need any medical attention? Please don't hesitate to contact 000 or even just the Nurse on Call (google nurse on call and whichever state you're in to get the right number) if you're unsure.

I have tears coming out my eyes I'm at my breaking point I've had enough of everything I have nobody to talk because everyone is busy I am laying in bed not moving while the kids Run a Mark because I don't care anymore I'm exhausted alone depressed
And it's fine that you come in not that I was expecting anyone to chat

It's hard to navigate life and all of its curveballs when we feel alone, and people are too busy to talk. It might sound like a strange question but does letting your tears out help? In my experience it can feel like a relief to lay in bed and cry when the world feels too much.
