@Birdofparadise8 because I did something yesterday and I told them today my partner isn't happy with me
Sometimes when I get too much in my head I lash out on myself which I did and I told them I feel so bad
I think I am falling into my dark hole again with everything happening I'm not saying it's the kids fault or anyone fault
I feel so down on myself like I don't care about me anymore I have to put everyone first
Now the kids are down in bed I want to let it all out but I feel worthless if I do because nobody should see me like this

Did you do something to yourself, or did you do something to them?
If yourself, maybe they were just hurt that you hurt yourself.
If you were angry and hurt your partner, surely they know the pressure you are under looking after three children.
