I do like to run @Sunnyside226 but I have lulls, sometimes I'll run all the time and then I might have 4 months off where I do other types of exercise like walking or yoga.
I do like swimming but I don't do it too often, do you like to swim?

Your a Yoga person at times. Isn't that where you sit with your legs crossed arms in the air? Or is it bottom in the air? I don't do yoga
