I had a cream lamington today. I really didn't want it, but the person I was visiting, insisted... so I had half. It was huge.

It was a cream cake...
What do you do if you visit people and they give you things you don't really want? Do you turn away and say no? I struggle with this.
This morning, I visited a few houses, and they each gave me a snack... I really didn't want it, but I felt bad for not having it. So i had it....
Anyway, butterflies are delicate. Butterflies go through a painful process or metamorphosis to be the butterfly they become. Butterflies are very sensitive.
We are all butterflies in our own way, and we are all on roller coasters in our own way.
It's not who we are or what our lot in life is, but how we tackle it.
