Hi l am just feeling so low at the moment and Christmas time is so tough. It's my birthday today and for the second year in a row l haven't heard from any family including my kids and l will be alone again tomorrow. It makes me feel so bad and down that no body cares even though l haven't upset anybody and still love my kids and would do anything for them .l just don't know how long it will go on for.

I'm very sorry about your 2 suicide attempts at the end of last year 😢 I have been there also.

Hi @NatureLover I have made some enquiries with Psychologists in my area and am awaiting a response hopefully after new year. To possibly help in the financial issues I am possibly looking at early release of some of my superannuation to help replace the old car I have as I need better mobility and reliable transport to get to medical appointments etc. I then need to solve the cost of living issues with my rent increase coming up and high power bills. I am trying to find a cheaper rental property without success . It gets too much the problems I have are almost insurmountable let alone the family issues and no hope of a property settlement with my ex wife.
