Today is not a good day. Having had dinner with a lovely husband and wife friends made me think about how much I don't belong here. My husband has completx ptsd. We have good and bad moments. My sister and her family have stranged us due to my husband's illness. I love my kids, we are working things out with my husband slowly and he is getting his own therapy. 1 step forward and 2 back it seems. But today is one of those days where I just think there is no point to life. We come alone and we leave alone. I have given love every which way but I feel I am not needed or would not be missed. It's almost as if moments of happiness make me more miserable after they are over. Why is this? I am seeing my own therapist and plan to ask him these questions but was wondering if anyone in this community had experienced this before. Feeling so low 😞

These are hard days @Bow . Do you have a therapist? I'm going to my session on Thursday and I'm going to talk it through. I am holding on for my kids. But honestly I feel like I need to just have time to make peace with everything and work out who I am. Is there anything that helps you during times like this? This forum helps me immensely as I don't feel judged fir having thoughts of not wanting to be in this Earth anymore. I hope this forum helps you hokd on as well.
