Well if ok is trying to compartmentalise stuff and stuck to lounge for last week @Faith-and-Hope . Sorted a couple of minor things that had been bothering me this afternoon.. anyway .. that and people dropping off here left right and centre, me analysing stuff irl re fair weather irl 'chat' acquaintances etc lots time to self to think. Some good some notso re thoughts on stuff that although minor is usually packed away pretty tightly. Bout it really. How have you been?

But bumpy with a few things that are par for the course around here @TAB .... and pretty bummed that @TAWNEY has left .... but hoping she will change her mind and come back, as others have.

Sorting things out in your mind can be good .... just keep to the positive tracks if you can and don't overthink too much huh ?

Gonna have to find me some Tawney-type quotes to keep her close to me .....

..yeah I didn't see that coming re @tawney .. don't know if get same name back ok why not I guess @ faith-and-hope .. I managed a less than enjoyable 30min walk before but its a start. Then after feeling more miserable while trying to treat self rang job back that had to let go 2 wks ago because of ribs. Still gloomy/grumpy/something, will just keep moving at least have something to fill days in with now
