Exploring a compounding side to me being unwell which has been a debilitating nausea. I recently discovered that something I tried to help me sleep also seemed to ease the nausea. i found this out by accident for my sleeping tablet caused me to rage, so I tried an alternative approach to help me get some sleep and now my nausea has dropped considerably after doing that for four nights. AI reckons i might well have mast cell activation syndrome and this can be treated. All the symptoms fit. Depression, anxiety, irreducibility, anger, gut issues, nausea, trigger by foods randomly. So hopefully, after all these decades, i can finally figure out how to treat this nausea.
