Well @ tab 2 , meeces 0 lol just got back from drs, no news that didnt know so check up in 5 years they said @Faith-and-Hope yeah not sure re party @Shaz51 thought appointment was for tomorrow, so unless had that would still be in bed ..raining here lol ..gray day.. just going to try to keep warm and comfortable

..maybe I have @Faith-and-Hope re 'c' word lol .. I thought I would move over here as selfish of me to moan on sleeping thread. anyway sleeping dogs, was just something that was posted yest on same topic re attempted 'takedown' , ie how dare you comment on well ..anything.. anyhoo, left it yest as didnt want to fuel it, and they modified the post afterwards, but it was seen.
My day was similar to other days recently, well minus certain self medicants over last 8 days
it's 2.30 am I had gone to bed early, and had just woken expecting to see no daylight saving 4am sunlight/half light which would say it was ok to get up. It was dark. I got up anyway.

Much better today @TAB .... might go out for the first time in a week tomorrow. Still gonna take it easy. This was some kinda super-bug.
