Um prob an answer to that re time, vaguely recall there was adjustment with atomic clocks. Clocks in modern times only developed for navigation as in stars would get you one way but had to time the othe think. Think clocks were set to reference was is one at Greenwich hence GMT or Greenwich mean time thanks Army.

@Bunniekins I am very much a night person. I spent a whole year up at night on this very forum! During my life I have done heaps of night work and night study. Had a dash too much sun as a young person, but no melanomas yet. Touch wood, then I was happy to stay indoors, as putting all that sunscreen on my kids was not appreciated ... by them ... lol ... finding the balance.

@Taali Apparently it is AEST or AEDT depending on time of year. Darn, I panic when I had to change my clocks. Son changed car, but I have a digital and old clockwork style... yet to change. Headache. Put it off for a bit. Bloomin gadgets. Mostly I have had to tow the line, so thats how I feel about Daylight savings. The "powers that be" decided. I fell in love with WA geology in the early 1980s, but only at uni and in books. You guyz got all the fabulous rock formations. Sadly I have never gotten over there, yet. It may be on my bucket list, but I have been trying to deal with family stuff rather than worrying about travel.
