got gym in bigtown tomorrow after ENT appt if not late

have to ring drs today re new referral for endocrinologist appt late oct, @TAB has half a thyroid, thanks prob to 30 plus pack yrs of cigs and 20 years welding. ok was on heart med that messes w thyroid so had to up dose, hopefully things will got back to closer to normal after visit, ie I get a high reading and get script reduced.last time took pills right b4bloods ..as no on told me. so kept poisoning myself for 4 mths for sake of trip to adelaide. pretty dumb . got stuck in mindset of seeing endo. here. could have bypassed that , gone to adelaide claimed against health travel thing ,der

What's happening on the job front?

I haven't worked for just over 3 years now but it seems like just yesterday I faced that toxic environment 🙃

Well @Taali I just thought I'd throw it out there. It costs a lot seeing an acupuncturist regularly. I would love to see my acupuncturist more but cant afford it. I dont think you can either but just letting you know there are other options that wont put a dent in your budget. Trivortex works quite well. They used to have a stack of testimonials online but the business was sold to someone else with a new website design. I think with the TGA nowadays you cant make medical claims on the internet about alternate devices, herbs aromatherapy etc. But the device has broad applicaions

Oh yeah I forgot about the brain being impacted DEEEERRRR
