I've got my physio/acupuncturist today so really looking forward to that ☺️
I just wish that the pain relief i get was longer lasting
Oh well, one day out of seven is better than none LOL 😆

@Taali I use a trivortex device for pain. You place it over the area and the pain goes away. Its a small investment of $80 but lasts a lifetime instead of shelling out money for an acupuncturist all the time.
