I was diagnosed schizoaffective @StuF Not the best of diagnoses. Nothing on for today. Looking forward to my birthday present to me lol. Got some functional jewellery coming in the post at 95% off. The stock wasnt moving so they offered a generous discount HUZZAH! The jewellery isnt jewellery as such, it emits wave like energy to interface with the human energy field to bring desired changes into your life. So we'll see but their other offerings have provided real change for me.

I am doing an audio of theirs off you tube which wipes subconscious chlldhood belief systems instilled by family of origin. Did another round of that this morning. Cant afford therapy but I'm so grateful I discovered "Maitreya Fields" channel off you tube. Thats their landing page but they have an official site for their paid content but the free content on you tube is still incredibly worthy of interest.

The full moon eclipse a few days ago was in the vedic lunar mansion Shatabisha which is known as "the star of 1,000 healers". It fell in my 7th house and that day saw a man being interviewed on you tube who mirrored my own character traits which is what a 7th house eclipse does in terms of how others see you and I realised there was work to be done.

Then in my you tube feed up came a psychologist who demonstrated the characteristics people have as adults coming from narcissistic families. So it really held up a mirror to me based on what I saw in that interview with that man I mentioned.

I was just scrolling and found the audio field "Who I AM" by Maitreya Fields and am using the traits listed by the psychologist to be deleted from my subconscious and be replaced by more positive ones. So its been a beautiful eclipse energy facilitating deep healing. Its really been the star of 1,000 healers

Do you mean getting up before sunrise or getting to somewhere I can see it rise?

Medication and other therapies haven't worked

They may kick in for 1 or 2 nights then vroom out the door

Thats terrible nobody mentioned it to you @Taali Its known to reset your circadian rhythms!

You get up and dont turn any lights on in the house or use your phone and go out at SUNRISE (not first sunlight) and sit outdoors for 20-30 minutes.

I've tried it looking out the window but its nowhere near as effective as you need a certain amount of lux from the sun.

By the time 7pm comes around that night I usually feel so sleepy and enjoy a deep nights rest.

Do you know if you have gluten sensitivity? Many people in the psychiatric community do and that can cause insomnia. That is what I read on a naturopaths page online. I got rid of gluten a few years ago and the insomnia I had for a short while went away. Please check with your doctor if you dont know
