@Taali I got out gluten anyway because it can make your MI worse. You can look up pubMed I think it is, on studies done on people with MI and gluten. I think the studies were on pubMed cant remember. I dont eat gluten anymore as a rule because it seems to cause a host of other health problems. I do better off gluten, it used to affect my MI symptoms. You could try omitting it. Just substitute for gluten free brands online using their allergen checker. It was the best thing I ever did

Hello @StuF followed your lead and baked a pizza today. The street is very busy theres lots of kids playing, a person moving in over the road and disability workers parked outside my house to go to the disability residential property over the road. Its a tiny court so when theres activity you notice it. Just put compost in the bin plus recyclables the kitchen looks better. Will do more spring cleaning next week. Still got to tackle more of the storage room.

Ah @StuF just went outside and saw all the noise. Its gone quiet now. Maybe a party or something. Was offloading garbage to the bins. Youve got work tomorrow. I might go off and meditate then hop on the Zen Chi machine. I love meditating
