Yes I've been to the doctor and tried numerous medications and techniques, but nothing seems to work for me. I'm almost at the point of relying on one of my demons again.

Sleep deprivation is YUK. My GP tells me to get early morning sunrise which i do and can say it successfully knocks me out - thats coming from a chronic insomniac. Was told the same from a Harley Street doctor and my acupuncturist said the same thing @Taali Has anyone mentioned this to you before?

I have schizo affective disorder, so whilst not the same I can begin to understand some of what you must go through.

Hey @StuF enjoying the weekend the ferocious cat that used to bite me is still lurking around. She poked her head through the window yesterday. Im afraid to go outdoors if she bites me again. I have 3 bites plus substantial scarring on my shin anf calf.
