So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

@Former-Member you are a bloody legend. I have tears reading these memes because they echo my own thoughts and feelings of being used for 10 years and then rejected when I was no longer of use.

@MissGremlin yeah the same here, expecting nothing so I'm not dissapointed. All I know is I gotta get out of my head, obsessing over thoughts and unknowns isn't doing anyone any favours, especially as they all lead back to the same dark place.
