So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

I agree with both of your images and can't wait to stand by and watch it happen to my ex-husband for losing my beautiful house, where I was going to raise our daughter. And the crap he has put both of us through and is still putting my daughter through 😡😠

@Mustang67 i so understand where you are coming from, revenge is a wonderful flame in the heart of those been hurt.

Would it not be wonderful when such evils are not ever done again my friend? Doing wrong to others is so loveless and degrading. And it sure would be wonderful if your husband burned his bad life off and found good to become a nice guy instead.

Such events would really make my heart rejoice forever more. To see the wicked burn and all their victims set free from life lived in bad is my daily prayer and hope.

I didn’t even manage the online shop. Just couldn’t do it.

@DownMoreThanUp I would want nothing more than the ex to become a nicer, and better person. His bad attitude and behaviour are not heathy for my daughter. My daughter has even gone to his partner and told her, that something needs to be done about him. They have both had a gutful. He is constantly yelling at her for smallest of things. And he has even hit her on a couple of occasions. And then just like the usual abuser, promises it will never happen again. Until it does. I have reported his abuse to the police, and my daughter had told the counsellor at school. Apparently even her school knows what his temper is like as he went off at someone there and the counsellor was called in to calm him down.

I mentioned to my daughter just the other day about karma, and her response was, maybe I am his karma. I asked her what she meant by that, and she responded that her dad wants nothing more, but for her to love him, but she will not love him, because she does not reward bad behaviour. She is only 16, and even she can see that he needs to learn how the deal with his anger and whatever else his problems are

@Mustang67 Hello my friend. How has your day gone today? I know it’s really hard when the meds arnt working and need to wait for a medicine review. I was just reading various posts that you’ve written and I can tell you’ve gone through a lot.

Yet here you are posting affirmations to help us all get through the day. I love how kind and generous you are. Thank you for being such a decent human being.

I am feeling a bit off today and down today, and that is probably because of what I posted yesterday.

I just wanted to reply to any messages on here, and then I am going to watch Ghost Adventures to take my mind off things.

I have indeed had a good day, thank you! I had my appointment with my job services provider and I have been enrolled in a cert 3 course which means I don't have to stress about looking for a job. While I will still continue to look for work it's nice not to have the pressure on that I have to take jobs they refer me to.

The course is a Cert 3 in Business (Records Info and Management) which will increase my employability...we hope!

How are you today sweet, is Monday treating you kindly?
