So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

Hello @Cuddlebear my sweet, things are tough at the moment but I'm doing the best i can. It was warm this morning when I got up, at 7.40am it was like 28⁰ but then the sky started grumbling and it got windy then the rain began. So it's currently nice and cool with thunder and rain 😊. I hate the heat, yesterday it was warm here and I needed the aircon on so I'm glad it's cooled down today. Hoping you get a cool change come in for you aswell.

How are you going and how is Wilbur?

@DownMoreThanUp @Bunniekins my support button is not working either and I love both of your posts. Especially the types of rest. I have thought about trying a float tank to get some complete sensory rest and to be one with my thoughts.
