So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

How in Melbourne. I’m already feeling too much heat going to have to use air con. Staying home as too hot for me to do anything.

@Bunniekins I like the top one since I was in hospital for my gallstones. They did eventually pass out of the duct they were stuck in, but they took their time to do it. I was in pain from 1am until around 6pm. Not nice. But your sayings were.
