So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

@ENKELI hey beautiful i live about 1 5 hours out of sydney heading north. are you from the east coast? funny you are doing spring clean i have been going to our local tip throwing out a whole heap of things and loving it! i love the tip!

I am..shock...gasp...doing housework! I have an overwhelming desire to clean the kitchen, like spring clean not the usual wipe the benches clean.

What are you up to my lovely? Any Funnings trips? Stalking of horses, rabbits, large cats? Creating more beautiful art?

@MissGremlin oh you lucky thing! I love Adelaide. I Have spent many a holiday there. Early on in my career at Telstra (back when it was Telecom!) I requested a transfer to Adelaide but there were no vacancies. I dated a guy whose family had a winery in Gumeracha, my mum and her friends encouraged me to marry him so they could get free wine!

I hope the weather is nice in your little part of the city 🙂
