So I've decided to create a new space, similar to The Ice-Memery but instead of being silly memes, these are memes/images/words etc. that I've found that are more like tools and insights for recovery. Hence, I welcome you to:

These are things I've found that are insightful, provide psychoeducation, or that have helped inspire me in my recovery journey. I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! But to start us off, I would love to share a nice lil stack of memes/pics I've found that I thought were really worth the read.

@MissGremlin yes, rest is definitely needed when healing. I hope you get decent rest time.

I am praying that my motivation kicks in as I want to do a bit of a spring clean in the kitchen and bathroom. I also want to dig out my favourite cook book and get some inspiration for meals.

@Bunniekins your weekend sounds lovely. Much better than mine, I am going to be spring cleaning the bathroom, laundry and kitchen. Fortunately I have my brother who will help me. Whether he likes it or not ha ha ha.

Where abouts are you in Aus Bun? I am making a list of locations of the members I interact with, not for anything suspicious but it helps me engage and personalise my posts. You don't have to get specific, for example @Shaz51 told me she lives in north Qld. Some people don't mind mentioning the town and others prefer not to. I definitely don't want suburbs as that is too stalker-ish!

Good to hear you are going good, that always lifts my spirits when I hear my Sane fam members having a positive time 🫂

@MissGremlin I received your motivation, thank you so much. I have already started spring cleaning my kitchen, I am not stressed if I don't finish though as I have all weekend to finish it, along with the other rooms I want to clean. Sometimes I get upset with myself for not finishing in a timely fashion but I am trying a new thing - not being so hard on myself. Let's see how long it lasts lol!!

Have I asked you what your location is? I don't need specifics, I just like to know where in Aus my Sane fam are, for example I am in east metro Perth. If you don't feel comfortable sharing that is fine too 🫂

I love hearing about places in Aus, I have been fortunate to travel our country but there is still so much to see!
