It's just gone pumpkin hour over here and my eyelids are feeling heavy .... I should probably sleep whike I can and try to improve my routine a bit ....

Hiya, lol, must have fallen asleep. Sounds like you @Zoe7, @Faith-and-Hope, @Former-Member & I are all in 'clean-up' mode. Ugg! those spare rooms and huge piles. Crazy crazy. I've started a whole spare room of 'things I DON'T use' (separating the clutter for the charity truck), kinda working - debasing if to try a garage sale. But maybe I'm on a whole different level to you.

Anyway, good to see yas!

Hi @Former-Member .... I think we might be somewhere near where you are, just a bit more space to spread it around .... D1 has gone to the markets before with a boatload of stuff and sold it off, Ao my kids are slowly getting into the groove to do more of that, which I'm really pleased about.

I think they will eventually start asking to sell other stuff that needs to go, but I just don't have the stuffing to get into it myself, so I am really glad the impetus is coming from elsewhere. I have just been skimming stuff off across the years and giving to people I think can use them, or dropping them into local charity boxes, but there is still so much to be done.

It's inspirational to hear what you're up to .... if the kids don't get into this clearing up as they go, it will all land back on me when they leave home by degrees, and probably there will be some anytpway .... just hopefully not this much.

Okay ..., here's a laugh or cry moment .....

I brought back from Greece all the individually wrapped biscuits we were given every day in the coffee shop as a novelty gift for family and friends I couldn't carry more substantial gifts back for .....

I had had half a thought last week to label them against a marauding S2, but didn't get around to it ....

Got up this morning and they're almost all gone .... 😡

Baby dragon logic is akin to cat-logic, I have found ..... here's the explanation .....

"If I didn't want them eaten, why did I put them in the coffee corner right next to the kettle ..... it obviously meant 'eat me with your coffee' ..... right ??" Right !! All 20 of them ..... 😂

And I had moved them to that corner from where they had been to place baby dragon food where they had been ..... the box of nuts still being there, along with savoury biscuits ..... 😂

Waddareyagonnado ....... ??!

Best to laugh ..... the biscuits ain't comin' back to the kitchen !!

There are shops in town that sell Greek produce ..., I'll go find somethin' to replace them with .....

Haha @Faith-and-Hope, a few hungry cookie monsters living in your house lol "Out of sight out of mind" is my policy even with my own eyes. Ya have to HIDE these things grr Guess living by myself has its ups. Sharing - not sure I'd manage now, people touching my stuff... Can you go away for a weekend by yaself some time soon? 2nights in the hills or by the sea waves?

Gosh, this tiny little black bug just bit me and the big welt, redness & itch its given me - far out! Wonder what it was?

Not a chance .... get away by myself ..... totally against the G-A cultural dynamic ......

Got some vinegar for that welt ? My kids are histamine reactive ..... D3's dislocated knees looked like watermelons within minutes .... have seen S2's foot double in size from a bite when he was little.

@Faith-and-Hope I did have along sleep Mags my sister was in hospital last night I went to be with her for awhile Dad doesn't like hospital he pick her up this morning
