Hugs for you @Faith-and-Hope you are good at planning ahead for what you need to stay healthy/sane...

I'm holding some hope that wh turns the corner into some more rational self reflection, though as you've already said, it wont be any easier... but change leads to somewhere... and better than standing still.

Sweet dreams @Faith-and-Hope I hope you are able to balance things out for yourslef and have a chance to activate some "me" time or moments at least if time isn't possible.

I've been to Mount Jungfrau in Switzerland where we walked through an ice palace and lapped up being on the 'top of Europe!' I love travelling memories
