That is good news about Smoky @Shaz51 My little girl has still been fussy with her eating but my sister gave me some cat food tonight that I fed her and she lapped it up. It is a more expensive brand but I will get her some more of it on Wednesday when I get paid and see if that helps her gain weight.

I had to leave early yesterday from my EP session, I was not well enough to continue. He understood and checked in on me last night and today. I have started taking my vitamins, I need to take because of my surgery in Feb. That might help me feel better. I still need to have more blood tests for my parathyroid hormone that is high and apparently the condition is rare.... @Zoe7 @Faith-and-Hope @Shaz51 @Former-Member @Former-Member

Good to see you @oceangirl . I have been mindful of you in the other thread, and dropped in with a couple

of supports, but it has also been a tricky week for me. I have stayed a bit quieter, trying to be more upbeat when my feelings allow.

I am glad you are back in the medication support you need. I hope it picks ups soon too 🌸💗

Not much planned for the weekend beyond the ordinary, and homework and assignments @Zoe7 . Sleep has been difficult the last couple of nights, so maybe a nap or two if I can.

@Faith-and-Hope I understand, I saw you your support under during the week. I am glad you were trying to look after you, I know you have a lot on your plate at present. I hope you had some moments that were happy for you during the week.

It sounds like we have similar weekends planned @Faith-and-Hope - a lot to do and catching up on sleep at the same time. I am going to try to do a lot tonight so I can nap during tomorrow and get bits of the graffe done in between.

I hope you get some more sleep tonight Hon - I know you have things you need to get finished early before you head west but you also need to look after yourself. I do worry about you especially when you are not sleeping well. Get in as many naps as you can across the weekend and also do some nice things for yourself

I just got some news that a friend had passed away yesterday, he was world famous composer who I meet a few years back.

My heart hurts

I was incredibly blessed to have meet him. He was a ray of sunshine and kindness unlike any I have experienced. I really truely wish I could explain the infectious positive energy he spread. Sending all my love to his family and friends. I’m forever grateful that I am able to call you my friend.
