Ihave finished for the day, but not wanting to go home ..... sulking in the cafe st uni atm.

I hope you got everything done that you needed to today, and get to rest up tomorrow ahead of the parent teacher interviews. I think it’s a great idea that you are there, meeting the parents which also gives some context regarding their children. It’s another of those ways that you are so thoughttful.

I have been run off my feet today at uni, which was probably the best thing that could have happened, except now the day is over here and I am stuck in the cafe .... 😕

I can stay here until closing time I guess.

Hey @Faith-and-Hope Just got home and your latest message popped up - synchronicity

Had a GP appointment - a later one because of wotk. We didn't have staff meeting tonight because of PT appointments so I managed to come home first and let the babies out for a few minutes before heading off again.

I read about your leaky night last night and your up and down day - wish I had been here for you last night but did get to sleep early - and as we both know I really needed it.

Here now though and more than happy to keep you company while you are in the coffee shop

Cat won't eat the expensive food I got for her so have bought the one she likes again and just giving her a little more. She is taking her time to eat it though so I am still worried about her. I will give it a few more days and hope she begins to eat more over that time. It may be just her getting used to the old food again but I suppose time will tell.

When are you travelling back west? Wish I was there with you to help you out Hon

💜 @Maggie ..... I left some big girl pants around here somewhere but I can’t find them anywhere at the moment. I’m going to have a reputation shortly as the lady who comes and cries in your cafe .....

I really don’t want to go, and open boxes from a time before I knew I was going to lose life as I knew it then ..... lose the husband I thought I knew, when it’s clear now that he was living a double life, that not even he was aware of ..... the life at work and the life at home were separated because they were incompatible ..... and now home is work, with home-husband replaced with work-husband ..... and home is turning more and more into a house version of an office life .....

It feels like there is no “home” to go home to.

If the new living plans work out, I will have a few corners of the house to call my own. Hopefully what I am sitting in now is that spot called between-a-rock-and-a-hard-place, and if I can drag myself westward and open some boxes it will also open the new path forward.

I might just have to keep leaking between now and then.

How did it go at the hospital today, very busy my sister @Zoe7

I was there for nearly 5 hours , got home at 2pm

because they only had one doctor they had to call for one from the big hospital to help

have to do a couple of tests and they checked my heart,kidney , lungs and asked a hundred questions

I have a bacteria infection

feeling a bit better tonight , just have to watch what i eat and have to do 2 more tests overnight and take it to the hospital

There is certainly very little up side for you @Faith-and-Hope but I hope you can find those small corners for yourself in the new place. It may be only a few small things but surround yourself with what you can to find that peace there. This is definitely not easy for you Hon - can totally hear that and it is heartwrenching for me to see you having to go through all this - so I can only imagine the toll it is taking on you

Leak away when you need to Hon and lean on us as much as you can. We are all here for you just as you are constantly for us. You certainly have our support and love in abundance and hope it does in some small way help you through all this. Hugs and hugs

Such a long day for you @Shaz51 but knowing the cause is a good thing - and good that you are feeling a bit better too my sister

I had a pretty good day - had to put off some work because the normal teacher needed some things done for the class before parent-teacher interviews - but that means less work for me tomorrow as Friday we will have to catch up from today.

Had GP late this afternoon also. My BP is a little high but nothing to worry about. More of a check in and getting scripts - and of course a long chat with her. She is pretty happy how I am tracking especially now that I am on class. She said I seemed to be very tired - which I am - but it is a good tired as I am liking my job. A day off tomorrow until I go in for parent-teacher interviews after school.
