Any good churches to visit there? Did you go this morning? Love ancient architecture and history. Churches are great for it. Hugz xox

@Former-Member I agree with @Zoe7 You have much to get done this week before you head off next week

we worked this morning and then checked up on my mum

had lunch after 1pm , and mr shaz said he is having the afternoon off , I said good as I was feeling blah ( I don`t know if that is a feeling but )

not sure what it is , low blood pressure ??? kidney??? , diabetes ???

ohh well afternoon off sounds like what we both needed

got a bit of a headache now xoxo

Re: Far and Away

Yes very true @Shaz51 ... lots to do this week.

I'm glad you have the afternoon off, as it does indeed sound like it was needed.

I dont know Shaz if Blah is a proper word or not, but I think everyone understands what it means.

@Faith-and-Hope ... you havent been around all day today, so I guess I missed you. Probably you are still flying.

@Zoe7 ... how has your day been my friend? I know you felt you had lost your motivation of yesterday, but perhaps you found some more as the day went on today. But if not, its okay, you achieved quite a lot yesterday. Back to school tomorrow, and a jam packed 4 day week. Rest up and get a good nights sleep tonight.

Sherry 💕

For you Shaz

Re: Far and Away

Hello dear @Zoe7 ... I know you are missing having @Faith-and-Hope around. I can safely say that we all are.

Anyway I wanted to let you know that I am thinking of you today, and every day. Its a very busy week for you, and as you said yesterday, perhaps thats a good thing. It will keep you busy and distracted. Your pdoc apt tomorrow will be an important one too, so I hope that goes really well. I'm so pleased knowing that your workmates are keeping an eye out for you as well. You so deserve their care and compassion. I look forward to what I realise will be infrequent check-ins while F&H is away. Remember that it doesnt change the fact that you have heaps of other support here in her absence. 🌸

@Faith-and-Hope I realise you cannot reply or 'support', but I think you will likely be checking in occasionally regardless. I hope your flight went well and any resulting jetlag fades quickly. So hope your overseas visit goes smoothly and that you find some enjoyment from it all. ✈

With a wave to @Shaz51 @BlueBay @oceangirl and others following here. Hope you are feeling less 'blah' today Shaz.

Kindest

Sherry 🌺

Re: Far and Away

A check in for today as I have a lot to get done tonight before teaching tomorrow.

@Faith-and-Hope Very much missing you Hon but you are always in my heart Hope you have arrived safely and are setlling in as best you can. Also hoping you are getting your visual diary work completed and in before the deadline. I will check in with you when I can across the next few days but I will be super busy as well with work and appointments - and of course my teeth come out Friday so I don't expect to be feeling very good afterwards. Sending you love and hugs always

@Former-Member It was so lovely coming on and receiving your messages today Hon. I do really appreciate you checking in with me It is so kind and considerate of you especially with F&H being away. I know I have support here and that does mean a lot to me I am okay - a lot to get done over the next few days with the extra work day tomorrow as well as my pdoc appointment. I did manage to get a few household things done yesterday so the house is looking cleaner and more organised - finally sorted out some stuff in my spare room and cleaned off the dining room table and that has made space to do some papier mache things for work. It took nearly all day with lots of rest in between but it is done now and I am very happy to have the space finally.

I have some more planning to do tonight as well as some report comments to write so I can send them off to the teachers that need them. Hopefully it will not take me all night but I really would like to get them done so I can send them off tomorrow.

I had 2 kids out of the 1/2 class shadowing me this afternoon as they were being disruptive in class. It is nice to feel that I am being seen as someone that can support those kids and the staff - that is something I was well known for when I was at work previously (before the change of principals of course). They had a relief teacher and weren't coping with that so a little bit of stability being with me helped them to settle this afternoon.

Have the 4/5 class tomorrow and they are a lovely class so I am not too stressed about it. Just need to get a few things organised for the afternoon and then the planning is done. Then I can concentrate on the report comments - have around 30 to do so a bit more than a class biut I have all the assessments I need to do those those while time consuming they won't take a lot of brain power.

@BlueBay Thank you so much for you thoughts too BB - you are always in my thoughts Hon. Hope you are travelling okay and looking after yourself

@Shaz51 I haven't kept up with how you, Mr. Shaz or your mum are going so hoping it is all as okay as it can be for you all.

@Former-Member So nice to see you Think about you often and wonder how it is all going for you too

@eth @Sans911 @Snowie @Appleblossom @Bunniekins @outlander @MDT @Teej @CheerBear @frog and all following along or visiting this thread...

Will say hi to you all here as I can't visit or post on many threads at the moment. I am okay but really need to see my pdoc tomorrow. I think the new meds are finally starting to work which is a really good thing. I do need to discuss a few things with her though as it really has been a very hard few weeks. Hopefully this is a turning point again for me though - everything crossed here that it is. Love and hugs to you all

Just saw this message @Zoe7 No need to reply on ALR. I hope all goes according to plan for you with so much happening. And that your appointment is really helpful. Lovely to hear you may be at another positive turning point.
