@oceangirl - you've been like this for a while right? That must be getting you down. What a unpleasant feeling.

I'm doing OK tonight. I've had a very busy day today seeing all my medical/mh professionals. I don't see them so much now except for my therapist which is weekly.

@Sans911I have been like this for a while- It has been affecting me but I seem to be managing it a bit better. Having my fur babies helps me too.
