Thanks @Faith-and-Hope, how's your adventure going? Is there a particular thread your putting updates? Jetlag takes about a week to settle I'm told, and I'm sure there's son Celtic wisdom to get over your post viral fatigue How's WH coping with his obcessive routines while travelling? A challenge I would think 😕 Hope this is a time yo rekindle some first love maybe.
Any good churches to visit there? Did you go this morning? Love ancient architecture and history. Churches are great for it. Hugz xox

Hadn't thought to start a new thread ....

In transit again today and have to go again now .... found a brief moment with wifi .... will catch you later and answer the above.

Re: Far and Away

Hahaha ..... I read back through what I had written, wondering whether it even made sense ...... basically I worked out how to redo a couple of my Photoshop slides that wouldn’t transfer from the uni computer onto my home one, which saves me taking the assignment in and trying to work those two back in to the assignment as screenshots that match the ones I am taking at home, but it’s a different computer system, so the two would probably have mis-matched the rest of the work I have done at home ...... sorted 🎉

A lot of that is sounding very positive @Zoe7 ..... the spare AB script to tide you over, being able to eat a little .....

Do you have any dry foods like biscuits that you can either add a stock cube to (savoury) or milk (sweet) ? Again, it’s about tiding you over, so you can get more rest.

Re: Far and Away

Huge well done on getting it all sorted @Faith-and-Hope 👍🎉

No I don't have any biscuits but am going to get some weetbix tomorrow - that will help me to eat something I don't have to chew. Will also get some bananas so both of those will help.

Got to try to change my GP and pdoc appointments too so I can work the extra days. I really need the money and having a few extra days on relief pay will help me get back on track. I am going to need to ask my mum for a loan this week as well - that is super hard for me to do but I am on my limit on my credit card so really need the help.

When are you viewing the new home?

Re: Far and Away

That is hard @Zoe7 ..... I hope everything smooths into place for you Hon.

Going to see the home tomorrow. There’s another problem-solving exercise, right there. It sounds like it will fix a lot of the dysfunction we are living with at the moment in terms of the living space.

I look forward to hearing how it goes and if it is 'fit for purpose' @Faith-and-Hope It is certainly not what you need right now but I can also see that having more space - and all your spaces in one - would also be a bonus. I hope it is perfect for you and then maybe you can build a home for yourself again. Does it have a garden?

Re: Far and Away

No, still no garden @Zoe7 .....

@Faith-and-Hope

I need to get out into mine but do not have the energy ...and it is way too cold atm

I still have not sorted out the garage either - so much to do and I just can't do any of it. I did pick up the things I had left on the loungeroom floor since last week today so that is a huge bonus

Got to try to get some more cleaned up tomorrow @Faith-and-Hope The mess is certainly not helping how I am feeling. I am also looking forward to having the day off - the last 2 days at work have been super hard - especially yesterday. Again today the AP asked how I was and said one hour at a time. I really feel so supported there and do not have to try to hide that I am going through a tough time. They make it easy to be at work

Re: Far and Away

It is so nice that the AP is not just on my side but also wants me to do some extra days on a class @Faith-and-Hope I also have half expected her to say I wasn't up to taking the class next term but that hasn't happened - so different to what I have been used to and so grateful that I will be there for the rest of the year. I am very much hoping that there will be a place for me next year also.

Are you going to be able to get an reasonably early night now you have your photoshop stuff done?
