Thinking of you with love @Zoe7 . You have some rock solid support here and I'm sure we all care about your well-being at this time, whatever you need to do for your MH safety is good. And you clearly have good insight into what's going on for you. You're amazing still being able to go to work - I hope it stays so positive an experience for you. Plus you have Toby's unconditional devotion. There are some good things in your life.

I've been wanting to get in the ear of the other person who I think triggered a fair bit of what you're feeling here on the forums, but don't want to risk a reaction that could make things any worse. Just remember, that's just one person out of a large collective that really does have your back. As they say, those who matter accept you, those who don't accept you don't matter. (Or words to that effect).

We watched you battle so hard, and in such a dignified way ✅, in the awful school placement you were in last year, where there were staff who didn’t appreciate you and made you feel less than your best .....

Your strength and resilience held to get you through it ✅, and afterwards you were emotionally, physically and mentally exhausted .....

You rested ✅ ..... you leaned on supports ✅ .... you checked your medication balances ✅ ..... and you came back to teaching to share your joy and your gifts with others regardless ✅.

Your forum friends are here, any time you need to cocoon yourself to recover and restore again, it’s part of your strength. Please try, and keep trying, to overcome the judgements or sometimes thoughtless, insensitive, or unjust opinions of others and hold to your own truth ..... you are hurting so much because your knowledge of your own truth has been offended .....

I know what that is like. You know that I know what that is like, and it is why you are here so much for me, where I rest and restore .....

I write this too for others of our forum friends, and any others reading along who need to hear it ..... rest with your truth and let the storms pass over you ..... dance in the rain when you can, and when you can’t, just rest within your truth and survive the day .... reset your sails when the storm has passed and enough of your strength has returned.

I can also assure you that removal from the forums is a very rare occurance, we would never want this and it is part of a policy based on safety around repetive and intentional breaches. There is a bigger process to this that involves us working with the member to support them in their posting and transparentily talking through where they are at.
