He had another upset today @Zoe7 , and is feeling too unsettled to work in assignments, but I am sitting with him and about to start work on mine ......

I felt better for the massage, but tired now too. Will try 🤞 to go to bed early-ish tonight.

That might be a good idea @Shaz51 if they can do that. That way you will be able to enjoy your holiday knowing she is being looked after.

I am glad you felt better for the massage @Faith-and-Hope I imagine releasing some of that tension has added to your tiredness. I won't be far away from bed myself tonight. Wanted to watch the end of the footy but think I will need to miss some of it.

I hope S2 gets a little inspiration from you Hon and can do a little at least tonight - sometimes it takes a little gentle pushing to get started with these things.

With this condition, pushing causes him to shut down, because he has been “over-pushed” @Zoe7 ..... all I can do is be present and model positive choices. If he chills for a while in the game he is playing, he might pick up some assignment work a bit later. He is waiting to spend time online with his siblings who are out at the moment over there ...... so there is time to do some in between if he recovers his status quo.

That makes sense. I know how much he lacks any self-confidence so when he is in a better frame of mind he may do some work. Hope you get some done too and can get an early night. I am heading off Hon - don't feel overly good so going to try to sleep it off. Goodnight @Faith-and-Hope
