hi @Zoe7 @Faith-and-Hope hope you're enjoying your saturday so far. I went for a mega hike up a mountain yesterday, it was very hard work & I had to stop a lot but I'm very pleased with myself for doing it, it's been a goal for a while to get there. Great view at the top & saw lots of lovely birdlife, lovely sunshiney perfect weather.

Are you having a quiet day in Zoe? I'm still in my pj's and need to just head out for some groceries to day & tidy up my kitchen. a view to ponder

Hi @Faith-and-Hope Needed some time to myself this morning - too much in my head. Had a sleep though and then watched a movie snuggled with Toby. Footy on this afternoon so will have that on. How did you morning go?

I got to sleep pretty quickly and slept most of the night @Shaz51 Still having nightmares but got back to sleep quickly last night - no getting up and feeling that fear I have been. It still has me uneasy when I do wake up but taken some time this morning to sort through those feelings a little.
