There were plenty of times I wished you were here to post back to me - especially with all the friend stuff. I was so lucky to have @CheerBear around knowing she would understand some of the tricky as well but I did still wish you where here. I really did miss you a lot. You are back now though and time for me to support you

Woke up a couple of times last night @Faith-and-Hope and up super early so expecting to get tired by the end of today. Toby and Cat certainly wanted me up when I woke so they won out lol I am looking forward to today - there are some things on the agenda that I am interested in so should be a good morning. I also have some reading to do today before a meetiing I am going to tomorrow and will have time this afternoon to do that. It is a mental health meeting with a group I have become involved in so I need to be prepared as it is part of the Royal Commission review process. Can't give any more details than that here but I hve been involved in this for over 6 months now. I won't be able to go to every meeting because of work now but can attend when things are on my day off. Also have GP, DBT and pdoc tomorrow so it is going to be a long day. Will relax when I get home tomorrow ready for meeting some of the kids on Thursday.

i have had trouble sleeping, so I am up super early here and can hear mr. rattling around in the kitchen. I will try to go back to sleep shortly as I have to drive today.

Better get myself moving this morning - have a little time but need to do a few things before I leave.
