It has been very hot and dry here. Only recently got a tiny bit of rain (I think we needed it) 🙂 @Shaz51

Hi @CheerBear , thanks for the welcome. the forum is nice, everyone has been very welcoming. I am not keeping up with my replies and so on so I feel a bit bad.

That's amazing you've got kids, it must be so much work - I can't imagine as it's just me & the cat.

I've been experiencing my psychotic symptoms & the anguish that goes along with them is not nice. I had to up my dose of meds and it has taken a while but I feel they are helping now. I'm meeting a friend today who has been stressing me (while I had psychotic symptoms) as I don't feel she's respected my boundaries. So my goal is to remain calm and be firm with my boundaries today without causing a falling out.
