Hi @Zoe7 It's the flashbacks (visual & intense emotional ones) still coming - from recent events, both family & other people.

My tolerance to work stress (triggers) is very low at the moment - so even short shifts of a few hours are tough.

I just phoned the Sane helpline - it was so nice to be able to talk to someone, to express a bit of it.
