Far and Away

@Faith-and-Hope The trailer has been unloaded and I have begun putting the rubbish onto it. It is too warm for me to dd too much at once so regulalr breaks are essential. Toby has been such a good boy - laying at the gate whilst I take things outside to the trailer. Even when people have been walking past he has stayed there so he is learning still. Usually he chases people up the path but today he has just sat at the gate which has really helped me get things out.

Friend messaged me to apologise that he hasn't been around as he has been really busy but will message me again later to see if he can visit. He has even suggested a place we can go for a visit together. I don't think I will be up to going anywhere later today but he is welcome to visit for a while later today - might even force me into the shower beforehand lol

I really am extremely tired today but pushing myself to get this stuff all done. Still so much to do and it is starting to feel like it is getting on top of me rather than the other way around - but I am persisting so I might win the battle eventually.

Cat has been outside nearly all day - it is not super hot today and there is a breeze so she is enjoying the pleasant weather. It is decidedly hotter in the garage though even with the doors open and the breeze blowing through.

Better go and get back into it just incase friend does want to pop around later and I need to stop for the day early.

Good evening/morning @Faith-and-Hope

Today has gotten away from me a bit - didn't get everything done I wanted to and that will put me behind a bit over the weekend but there is nothing I can do about that for tonight.

Both friend and I have been super busy today so no meeting - going to see how tomorrow goes but it really is a matter of when we are both free. I still want to meet again soon and hope he does as well but will take it as it comes. Hoping that it won't be too long but I do really want to get things here sorted and that is super important to me before I find out about work. Still waiting on hearing about that but if I don't hear early next week then I will call to find out where the process is in that regard.

I am settling in tonight to watch the tennis and cricket - possibly going to be a later night for me as the 20/20 match doesn't start until 9.30 as it is in Perth tonight. Going to take meds later and try to watch the match but I am also pretty exhausted today and may fall asleep anyway.

Hope you have had a good sleep and your day ahead is filled with light = look forward to 'seeing' your support to know you are around

Thanks for thinking of me CB No plans to catch up with friend @CheerBear We left it pretty open for the next couple of days as we both have had things to do. I went to the old work with my sister this morning and we found some of my games and some art things so that was a good thing. Still angry that my posters were apparently thrown out - not just because they cost money but also it is such a waste of resources and ridiculous that anything like that is thrown out. I know I have to get over it but it is just another one of those things that I am so disappointed about after all the years I was all that school.

Everything is still in the car as I was too tired to even think about where I was going to put everything let alone get them out of the car.

I am still feeling very tired and flat this afternoon but trying to let it pass as best I can - tried a nap but more rested my eyes than fell asleep, Nearly baby feeding time anyway so no doubt Cat would wake me with her talking lol

Just using the rest of today as a rest day - all the work I have done this week has definitely taken it out of me and I need a break from everything. Will watch the tennis tonight but don't think it will be as late a night for me tonight as it was last night - stayed up to watch the Hurricanes play in Perth

Yes flat does go hand in hand with tired for me usually and it is no onder I feel like that today (and yesterday) with how much I have done this week. The work itself has been physically exhausting and I haven't been sleeping as well as I was so all that combined has affected me mentally as well. I am not too bad though - just flat and needing to get some rest before I tackle more of the work. Yesterday I found it hard to even walk so it has certainly taken it out of me physically - maybe done too much all at once but I have had great help from my sister and as a result wanted to get it all done uite quickly.

I honestly haven't had the energy to catch up with friend so I am pleased he is busy as well. We often chat a couple of times a day but that has been less the last couple of days with us being so busy - last night was the first night we haven't had an extended conversation but will probably catch up with him tonight.

You sound like you are having a good day and that is lovely to hear. Visiting well and unwell ones for would be lovely for all of you - hope IBK behaves herself She must be okay in the car but I suspect she gets lots of cuddles there too. It is great that you are feeling less blah - that always helps get through the days a little better
