but I finally found something I can tolerate listening too.

My meds mostly help, if I eat right and am not too stressed

I think I would need a prn to help someone drive too - I like being the driver not the passenger lol

Is it something you can share here @Former-Member - any meditation that you could tolerate I would be interested to know what it is.

I stopped taking her ages ago until she had proper lessons. I didn’t have prn back then. Oh my gosh. I had to ask her to pull over and let me drive.

I was making her more anxious. She’s fine now. And I’m ok only with prn.

I don’t like taking them, but she really needs her license, because she loves to go out.

They have to have 100 hours of practice driving before going for their license. Getting there.

Id better get in the shower.

@Faith-and-Hope I have had a very lazy day - slept most of it on and off and done a little housework in between - couldn't get myself motivated to do anymore than I have though - pretty flat kind of day - but after yeaterday I am not surprised. Some days are really full on and yesterday was certainly one of those days. I didn't sleep well either last night - up twice during the night - not sure if that is the reduction in meds or just one of those nights - if that continues over the next few nights then we will have to rethink the med reduction - especially if I am still super tired the next day.

I couldn't get to Bunnings today to get the sheets I need for the wall as it was too windy and I didn't want to risk the transport of them in the wind - so hoping tomorrow is less windy. It is supposed to be clear weather here over the next week so I do have time to get it all done before I need to move stuff back into the garage.

Also been messaging Friend again today and he hasn't done much more of his house either. It is really nice that we still seem to be conversing like old friends and that meeting hasn't changed any of that. He did offer today to come and help me but he needs to get his painting of his house done first so he can get his house on the market. So I thanked him and told him I have time and to get his painting done first. Not trying to put him off at all - just know he really needs to get it done more urgently than I need to get the garage done.

Toby and Cat are doing well - they are both as gorgeous as ever. Cat is outside where she usually is at this time of night and Toby is next to me of course. Need to get dinner sorted soon so Toby will spend a little time outside while I do that.

Hoping the weather isn't too cold where you are - it is heating up here over the next week again so might head to the beach again if I have enough energy on a couple of those days.

Missing you a lot right now - really wish I could talk to you about some of this stuff - but also know your thoughts are with me and you would be happy for me. Love ya Hon

@Faith-and-Hope Made it to Bunnings finally today and got the cement sheeting I needed. They will remain on the trailer until I have finished putting the timber frame up. I need to grind off some old bolts and cut a small section of concrete so leaving that until tomorrow then I can finish the framing. It has worked out to be a bigger job than I first thought but I am slowly getting there. It was very hot today - especially in the garage - so could only do a little at a time. Toby was 'supervising' again and I didn't want him to be in the heat for too long either - he wouldn't sit in the shade because he wanted to help - little cherub!!!

I even made it to the shop to get a few things I needed today - so despite me not moving until very late in the morning I have got a few things done.

Going to bath Toby tonight too - he is so overdue for a bath and it is a really nice evening so he should dry quickly. Then I'll have a shower myself and settle in for the evening.

Cat is talking at me so it must be her dinner time. Better go and feed her and little Toblerone. I'll give then both a hug for you and send some back your way. Hope you have had a good sleep and your day is full of light.
