Far and Away

It is so cute @Faith-and-Hope Clover has become really snuggly too so I often have both fur babies right by my side now. She even tried to help me paint the other day before laying down next to Tobes 🐶🐱💕 The best thing about holidays is not the time away from the kids but the time with my beautiful fur babies - I am so very lucky to have them so loving and so close all the time - makes every day so much better.

Just had an appointment with my GP. As expected, she was furious with the independent report also. I have some work to do to get things altogether then I will send a response to the insurer where I will be requesting (demanding) it be altered appropriately. My psych has als0 seen it and will write a letter to accompany the requests if need be. So many mistakes in it - including the wrong name several times - and assumptions not based on facts - so I have a bit to do to cover it all. They certainly have not chosen the right person to get so much wrong!

It is a beautiful day here today so for now I am going to leave all the paperwork to get outside and practice self-care for a while - have some time in my garden and soak up the sun 🌞

So sorry about the crappy dramas and invalidation of the independent report @Zoe7 , and so glad you are strong enough, and angry enough, to take them on. Soooooo inappropriate to what is already a mental health trauma 😡

Have had to put that aside for now @Faith-and-Hope My friend's stepmum passed away so everyone is pretty sad. The funeral is early next week so once that is over I will revisit everything else.

I had been thinking a lot about my friend who died last year before this latest news. Spoke to my pscyh just last week about her so it is certainly adding to the grief @Faith-and-Hope @Snowie

Had an eventful morning - witnessed an accident and then saw a person I see quite often outside the closest supermarkets really struggling. Someone took her phone and smashed it and that is pretty much her lifeline at present. I see her often and chat to her, hoping one day I will not see her because she finally has somewhere to live. At least now she has a phone she can use.
