Far and Away

Jay has been coming and curling up by me @Zoe7 , which he hasn’t done for a while. He has favourite sleeping spots all over the house now.

So cute @Faith-and-Hope Clover has found her spots as well - mostly in her room or outside but occassionally on top of me lol

🤣 @Faith-and-Hope 🐱 They choose the best spots hey. Clover has become quite vocal lately - telling me when she wants cuddles. Toby does not always like it and will often jump in between us - he is sooooo spoilt - but Clover just goes around him or walks over him if he is next to me on the couch.

I have managed to do a few things today - feeling a bit more human. Still very tired and restricted in a lot I can do but I have nearly finished sorting and packing away all the things I needed to bring home from school.

Good to hear you are making progress @Zoe7. I am taking incey-wincey baby steps towards things I need to get done. Baby dragons all still here - and what a flock they are ❤️. This too is taking time and energy, but of course it is also my joy.

I am finding joy in your joy @Faith-and-Hope 💕 Of course having all your baby dragons there would be tiring but also so lovely. It has been so long since you had them all together so soak up every minute ❤️

I fell asleep on the couch again last night but slept in a little this morning (fur babies let me👍). Going to try to get a few more things sorted and then hoping to get some painting out to do. I am also making a papier mache bunny for one of my kids. She is not back for another week so I have time (and she does not know I am doing it). Her Dad is going to come and put in my attic ladder when they are back (he is a carpenter) so it would be nice to have it ready for her then.

been such a big year here.

found it hard to get into the Christmas things this year, but i think a lot of people felt the same way.

S3 and his family was coming here for Christmas, but the car broke down on the way, so they had to wait for a part and now driving back home.

Mr shaz had a bad night sleep last night , so he will be tired after

i have watered the gardens this morning , washing on , need to wash up and have a shower ( did not have one last night

@Faith-and-Hope Just had a visit from my Mum. It was actually nice to see her. She did not stay long as she had a few places to go but it was nice anyway. Clover even let her cuddle her which is unusual - she was falling asleep in her arms so she must have been tired.

Have done a couple more things today and do not feel nearly as tired. Still taking it easy though but having time on my hands to do things grdually is good.

How are you travelling today?

Still soooo tired @Zoe7 . Might have to get bl%ds checked and make sure my iron is not running low or something. Other than that, just preparing for new year with all the babies - dragons, grandies, furs ….. wishing you all the best for 2024 🥳🎉💕

Might be a good idea @Faith-and-Hope Hoping it is just low iron or something easy to remedy - you have had a massive year too Hon and we know that all takes it's toll.

Something to make you laugh (I hope) - One should never empty beans out of a bean bag(s) to wash when fur babies are not asleep ...result - little white beans from one end of the house to the other - going to be finding them for a year lol Sure Toby has lots stuck in his fur also but them both being white, I may not be able to see them all at present. Clover has had her fun and has adjourned to her favourite spot outside ...Me - given up cleaning them up for now and will tackle it again tomorrow 👍
