Far and Away

@Faith-and-Hope It hasn't been the easiest few weeks Hon but hopefully now things can begin to look up a bit more. I am extremely tired but have time to rest and recover as it is school holidays. I was fortunate to get into hospital quickly - most likely because the previous test results were not good but thankfully the outcome was not as bad as we suspected. I have a lot of work to catch up on so that will be my focus these holidays. I am not well enough to do anything around the house anyway but that is not presently a priority so it can all wait. Hopefully I can get on top of things during these holidays and that will allow me to do a few more things on weekends when I return to work.

The holidays have been timely for you on more than one occasion @Zoe7. I know too that catching up on work at your own pace during the holidays can be a good thing, particularly if you enjoy what you are doing. Take care of you ❤️

Hi @Faith-and-Hope @hanami @Shaz51 hope you are all well 😊.

Still pretty tired and sore @Faith-and-Hope @utopia @Former-Member but have managed plenty of rest and done a little bit of work. @Faith-and-Hope Most of the work is essential but not really enjoyable - that being said, having it all done before school goes back will be helpful.

I have made a list - which is 2 pages long 😒A lot of the things on the list just take time but thankfully not a lot of brain power so I will work through as I am able to, rest when I need and hopefully get most done this week. Then next week I can spend some time on doing things I enjoy (dependant on how I am recovering).

Off to bed now - no energy to do anymore.

Was up super early @Faith-and-Hope but managed a couple more hours sleep. Feeling much better this morning - might even head out to see my parents a bit later.

I am up early too …. and hungry now. Lol. Out of fuel. Had a furry-purry visitor the second I picked up my phone. He has taken to sleeping right where my feet belong !!

Those fur babies hey @Faith-and-Hope 😇 Woke to a Clover licking my face - it was past her breakfast time so she let me know lol

Went early to visit my parents. Dad is back on his feet but doing waaay too much. He can't be told though so I didn't try. The good news is he seems to be on the way up so that is promising - just don't need him to over do it but that is down to him now. Mum was heading out to meet some friends for lunch so I didn't stay long - which is good because I wanted to come home anyway. Still feeling okay but was getting tired quickly.

Going to attempt some more work this afternoon and maybe work on the kids costumes for when we return. They have done most of them but I have to sew a few bits so they can finish them. I won't mention what play we are doing but it is going to be super cute ...and they are all so excited.
