Heading off to get a few things done before I go to the cricket. It is really warm here today and quite windy so it will not be ideal conditions at the cricket - need to remember my sunscreen or I will burn in the sun today even though it is a later game.

Went to the cricket and it was sooo hot. Still 32 degress at 6pm but it felt hotter at the ground. I got burnt despite lathering on sunscreen so having to put on cream tonight and tomorrow morning to help take the sting out of it a bit. I knew the side effects of one of my meds was burning easily but I didn't expect it to get through the copious amounts of sunscreen I continued to apply. I do have the cream to help with the burning so hope that works tonight - very frustrating. It is not so bad that I won't be able to sleep but bad enough to have to apply the cream.

The Hobart Hurricanes won btw - so that was good

With everything I did today I forgot it was actually Monday and I needed to go to the chemist for my meds - so now it will be 2 days without one of my meds - one I have spares of so that is okay - hoping they are open Boxing day to get them then. They are usually open in the morning on public holidays (except Christmas day) so fingers crossed I can get my meds then. The one I won't have is one of my sleepy meds so I should be okay for 2 days.

I am going to do a little more of the background of the peacock painting tonight and then head to bed ready to get up early and go and help my sister get lunch ready. I hope you have an awesome day tomorrow and that everyone behaves themselves.

Hey Hon Merry Christmas to you and your family. I have woken really early but I did sleep early last night so that is not surprising. I was up a couple of times last night but managed to get back to sleep okay. Going to give Toby a haircut this morning and then a bath before we leave to go to my sister's for the day. I am helping her get lunch organised so it is less stressful for her.

I am actually looking forward to the day - I really like my sister's partner's family so that will make the day a lot easier. Toby will of course be with me too so that gives me the opportunity to take breaks with him if needed. I am not expecting that I will need many - think tiredness will be my biggest concern,

I hope you enjoy your day @Faith-and-Hope and that it is filled with peace, joy and above all love for you. Sending you some of that love from me and letting you know that no matter the distance you are always in my thoughts and very much still with me. Love you heaps my angel
