Far and Away

Early morning trip to Bunnings with Tobes @Faith-and-Hope ...I really should start everyday that way 🤣🤣🤣 I was going to go to my parents' and sister's place today instead of after work tomorrow but don't have enough done. I also thought I had a meeting tomorrow after work but got my weeks mixed up - not surprising really 😔 That does mean if I can get everything done today that I will have time after work to make the trip. I will of course pick up Tobes first but that will only add about 20 minutes onto my trip ...so do-able.

I have done a little work but became a bit overwhelmed with it all so am having a break. I have done a little outside to break it up as well. It is supposed to rain today and looks like it is not far off so I will do a little more outside, clean everything up and get back into work.

How is D2, D1 and the baby dragons? How are you travelling also Hon?

I hear you @Faith-and-Hope ...I hope it all goes smoothly for them and a/h does not try to fill their head with all his shite.

How is the artwork for the casual show going?

I have done a little more this weekend on 2 paintings I am doing for Mum. I am hoping to get them finished by her birthday 🤞

Just over half way through my school work. There are a couple of things I need to check tomorrow morning so won't be able to finish it all today. Having a break to feed the fur babies and going to have a nice long shower as I have been cutting concrete again 😮 The path is all ready to lay the final edging bricks and the drain has been framed and concreted - so I can do a little at a time during the week to finish laying all the bricks and pavers. The final stage is spreading the fine mortar and watering it in to fill any gaps then cleaning it all properly ...then I can begin tackling the front path 😁

Getting there @Former-Member but now have a headache 😥 A bit sensitive to light also so hope it doesn't develop into a migraine. Going to try to head it off with meds and I think an early night. I have a little time off in the morning and also the afternoon - so if I can go in early and also have that time then I should be able to get on top of the rest of the work.

Big day for you tomorrow Hon - I am so excited for you 🌞 I hope it is not too stressful and you find your feet quickly.
