I'm tired @Former-Member Had psych this morning. We were going to have a short, catch up session but it went longer. She wants to call me next week to see how I am and then I will have another appointment the first week of January. She thought I looked really tired and a bit shaky - which is probably a good description. I am okay but not great and certainly very tired. I have a fair bit of work to finish this weekend - it all has to be done by Monday as it was supposed to be done last week but because of the time I had off my team leader let me have the weekend. It will be good to have it all done so I can have a little more time to myself, do things for the kids and clean up the classroom a bit in the remaining week and a half. The kids finish on the Wednesday and us the Thursday. My plan is to get all the cupboards and shelves cleaned up so it is ready to set up for next year. Because I am not moving classroom or grades, that also means I won't have as much to do before we go back next year ...so a looong break for me these holidays. There are of course things I need to do for a new class but will space that out over the holidays when I feel like it.

Tobes and Clover are both well. I need to take Clover to the vet to check her teeth as there is a little inflammation around her gums again but that will not be until the new year when my vet is back. It is not bothering her and she is eating fine so it is not urgent. Other wise she is running amok as usual and giving me so many giggles.

I expect you would be nervous Hon. It is both exciting and stressful starting a new job but I have no doubt you will crush it. I can't wait to hear how it goes on Monday - new clothes and all 👍💖

That must be stressful for you Hon - I hope D2 is doing better. Give her a hug from me @Faith-and-Hope ...and one for yourself 💖

I, too, hope your baby dragons hearts are shielded from all the shite but that their eyes are also wide open. No doubt a/h will play the victim card but I have faith in your baby dragons to see past that as they are also your children so have that wonderful side to them.

Been another hard day for me. Had psych this morning and it went longer than we had planned. Then running around everywhere trying to get the last of my shopping done - mainly for the kids at school. I ended up giving up on some things and still have not done my grocery shopping. I might have to do that tomorrow as I think I need some sleep this afternoon before I tackle the school work again.

Haven't slept @Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member @Shaz51 but did get outside for a little while and have completed the path edging on one side. It didn't take long but was good to be outside doing something for me. I cannot get motivated to do my school work so am putting it out of my mind for tonight and will get up early to start.
