Volunteering has been good this week - professional job a job for my brain and Op shop was fun today.

I am back to looking for a professional career as I quit the toxic environment of my paid job on Monday.

This has been invigorating. Been doing physio for my back and accupuncture. Seem to be getting some results.

Mental health is ok - slow and steady still.

Just watched Pretty Woman - still love that movie. Going to look for a movie to watch too ...probably won't be able to watch an entire movie but can finish it tomorrow.

A long day today @Faith-and-Hope @Former-Member @Eve7 @Shaz51 @Snowie I have not sat down until now. Went searching for pavers today (3 Bunnings stores). Found 30 in one and none in the other two so paving has been halted until I can get more. I need about 180 more so it might be a while before I can get enough. Also had my psych appointment this afternoon - that was hard today. She could see how tired I was and how much I was dealing with. It was hard to get my thoughts together today but we did discuss going back to work. At this stage I am waiting until after the memorial tomorrow and then will see where my head is at.
